Strategically to catapult its business interests in India – JX Nippon TWO Lubricants India Private Limited (JXTL) a 50: 50 joint venture between ENEOS Corporation, Japan and Tide Water Oil Company India Limited, decided to leverage the popularity of the name ‘ENEOS’ and ‘Tide Water’ in the territories where the Company currently operated and also to reflect the names of both the promoters in the name of the Company, both promoters of the company decided to change the name of the Company from ‘JX Nippon TWO Lubricants India Private Limited’ to ‘ENEOS Tide Water Lubricants India Private Limited’.
Further, with due approvals from shareholders and which also got certified by the Registrar of Companies-Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India on 8th June 2022, the name of the company has been changed from ‘JX Nippon TWO Lubricants India Private Limited’ to ‘ENEOS Tide Water Lubricants India Private Limited’
