ENEOS Tide Water Lubricants India Private Limited, has been founded and stated it's operation at Delhi in August 2014 as a joint venture of  Japanese energy giant ENEOS Corporation- Japan, the former company was established in 1888, and TIDE WATER OIL in India, one of the leading players in the Indian lubricant industry since 1928.

The relationship between these two companies, has been more than 20 years. In 1993, Mitsubishi Oil started the technical collaboration with TIDE WATER OIL for supplying lubricants to Japanese OEM makers in India. In 1999, Mitsubishi Oil got merged with Nippon Oil.  We entered into the joint venture agreement in July 2014, then we established equal shared joint venture company in August, 2014.
